Who is your favorite literary couple?
This one was actually tougher for me to answer than I thought it would be. For me, it's a tie. Between:
Alex and Rane from
and Jamie and Claire from
I don't know if it's because both of the series are really long so you get to spend a lot of time with the characters or what, but both of these couples are just the epitome of devotion, passion, and undying love to me. Alex and Claire are both feisty, strong women and Rane and Jamie (a smuggler among other things and a Scottish Highland lord and outlaw and smuggler respectively (hmmm maybe I just have a thing for smugglers?)) are swoon-worthy. Just amazing couples, amazing stories, love love love them!!

I've never read Wild Swan, and I couldn't get into Outlander when I tried it several years ago. I wonder if I should give it another try.
I still need to read Outlander. I know, I know, you hate me now.
I'm not sure if I can pick a favorite. It seems to change with every book I read. Sad, but true.
Oooh, I've only read Outlander, but I keep meaning to get the next book in the series - they are just so gigantically thick and I know that I will get sucked in and lose at least two days reading it nonstop, so I am waiting to find a good time. But yes they are an excellent couple!
Don't know if smuggling is my thing but I love the danger!
