Luv the post, especially the triple negatives part:) I'd say I motly agree, but depending on the voice of the character you wish to project, fragments and perpositions can be useful. As a general rue of thumb these rules are good, but if everyone followed them all the time, our writing would all look a lot alike. I prefer the variety. That said, you still give awesome advice here:)
I totally agree Mark :) In fact, I'm a huge fan of sentence fragments. I think a lot of these fall into that "know the rules so you can bend or break them when necessary." :D
